We collect account details, staff roles, project records, client setup details, approved source records, template settings, domain records, security logs, and operational query logs needed to run the service.
Privacy policy
SimplSite Dashboard is an internal SimplSolutions workbench for building, testing, and managing websites, SimplAssist pages, city guides, and approved AI assistant connections.
GPT database connectors
GPT Action connectors are read-only. They return approved source records for a configured client, city, or project scope. We log query previews, result counts, connector IDs, timestamps, and status for security and QA.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally expose bearer tokens, service-role keys, hidden system prompts, passwords, or private internal records through public pages.
